Services offered

• Pro-Inspect -The condition of each rug we look for fading, discoloration, stains, wear, pre-existing conditions, color stability and odors.
• Dusting – Dust and particular matter lying deep within the fibers are removed using compressed air and specialty tools. Foot traffic and dry soil causes damage and wear and tear on the fibers and this step is often referred to as “air washing” or "dusting” of the rug. Vacuuming, shaking or beating the rug is not nearly as effective.
• Pre-Treat Spots – Spots, Spills and stains using the most advanced spotting techniques.
• Pre-Clean – Traffic and heavily soiled areas (Discoloration caused by footwear, fading or chemical reaction is not reversible.)
• Agitate, Dissolve, Suspended and Extract the ground in soils.
• Rinse–To further remove soil and cleaning residue and restore the natural feel.
• Restore – The nap with special grooming tools, fibers wear or distortion is not reversible.
• Dry – The rugs in our climate controlled drying room. Drying time is less than 24 hours.
• Final Inspection – We maintain the highest standards, so our inspection process is thorough. We don’t hesitate to repeat any steps that might be necessary to provide you with the cleanest rug possible. It’s the last step that means the most to us.

We provide cut to order DURAHOLD padding designed for rugs on hard surfaces as well as Rug Pad designed for Rugs on top of carpets. These non-slip pads help keep your rugs anchored to any surface and lengthens the life of your rugs.
